Chok gyalwa künyi yeshe ku
The wisdom-body of all Victorious Ones of the ten directions,
དཔལ་ལྡན་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨ་སྐྱེས།།
Palden dzokpé sangye pema kyé
The Glorious Perfect Buddha, the Lotus-Born,
གུ་རུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོ་ཁྲབ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
Guru dorje go thrab solwa deb
To Guru Vajra Armor we pray.
འགྲོ་ཀུན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།།
Dro kün sangye thobpar jingyi lob
Bless all beings to attain perfect Buddhahood.

འདིར་སྙིགས་དུས་ཀྱི་རྒུད་པ་ཆེས་ཆེར་རྡོལ་བའི་སྐབས། ནད་མུག་འཁྲུག་རྩོད་དང་རྡུལ་ཕྲན་མཚོན་སོགས་སྐྱེ་དགུ་ཚེ་སྲོག་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པའི་མུན་ནག་རབ་ཏུ་འཁྲིགས་པའི་སྐབས་འདིར། སྐྱོབ་པའི་མུན་སེལ་སྒྲོན་མེ། སྲུང་འཁོར་འཛིན་འཛིན་སྐུ་སྲུང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་སྡུག་ཀུན་སེལ་བའི་སྨན་མཆོག་དཀར་པོ་ཆིག་ཐུབ་ལྟ་བུ་དང་། དུས་འཁྲུག་འཇོམས་ཞིང་ཞི་བདེ་བསྐྲུན་པའི་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་ལྟ་བུ་ནི་རིགས་སྔགས་ཀུན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོ་ཁྲབ་འདི་ཡིན། ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་བར་ཆད་སེལ་ཞིང་འཇའ་ལུས་ཐོབ་པའི་གཟུགས་སྔགས་ཡིན་པར་གསུངས། འོད་གསལ་དག་པའི་སྣང་བ་དང་ཨེ་ཝྃ་ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་འཛིན་པ་ཡོངས་ནས་འགན་ཁུར་བཞིན་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོ་ཁྲབ་དུང་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ལས་འཆར་འདི་ཡིན། དེ་ལོ་གསར་རྙིང་གཉིས་མཚམས་དང་ད་ནས་སྒྲུབ་དགོས་པ་ཞིག་རེད། བསྙེན་པ་ཁས་ལེན་དང་བདུན་མཚམས་དང་ཟླ་མཚམས་དང་ལོ་མཚམས། ཚེ་མཚམས་དང་མི་ཚེ་གང་བོར་ཉིན་རེར་བརྒྱ་རེ་མི་ཆད་པར་དམ་ཚིག་གནས་པ་སོགས་གོ་ཁྲབ་དུང་གཅིག་འགྲུབ་ན་འགལ་རྐྱེན་ཀུན་ཞི་བསམ་དོན་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་འགྱུར་བ་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བས་ཀུན་གྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོ་ཁྲབ་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་འབད་འབུངས་གནང་བར་མཁྱེན་ནོ།
At this time, when the degeneration of the degenerate age has greatly intensified, and the darkness of disease, famine, conflict, and subtle microscopic agents that cut short the lives of beings has gathered densely, the one who is the lamp dispelling the darkness of harm, the protector who holds the protective encirclement, who is like the supreme white medicine that clears all worldly suffering, and like the wish-fulfilling jewel that pacifies the turmoil of the times and brings peace, is this King of All Mantras—Vajra Armor.
It is taught that this is the form-mantra that removes outer, inner, and secret obstacles and brings about the attainment of the rainbow body. With the pure vision of luminous clarity and the blessings of the Awam Dharma lineage holders, the full responsibility has been taken to uphold and accomplish the practice of the Vajra Armor Conch. From this year onward, at the juncture of the old and new year, this is something that must be practiced.
By accepting the commitment—keeping the seven-day, monthly, and annual sessions, and upholding the samaya of reciting one hundred mantras daily without fail throughout one’s life if one accomplishes even a single Vajra Armor Conch practice, all obstacles will be pacified, and one’s aspirations will swiftly be fulfilled without doubt.
Therefore, may all apply themselves with diligence, relying on the Vajra Armor Sādhana, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel.

ངོ་བོ་ཞིང་སྣང་ལྷ་སྐུའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་དག༔
Ngowo zhing nang lhakü ying su dak
The essence is purified in the expanse of the deity’s body, the pure display.
རང་བཞིན་སྒྲ་གྲགས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྔགས་སུ་རྫོགས༔
Rangshin drakdrak thamché ngak su dzok
All natural sounds are perfected as mantra.
ཐུགས་རྗེ་དྲན་རྟོག་ཆོས་ཉིད་ངང་དུ་སྨིན༔
Tukjé drentok chönyi ngang du min
Thoughts and perceptions ripen into the state of dharmata.
ཀུན་བཟང་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་རོལ་བས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་བཟླའ༔
Künzang lhundrup rolwé zung ngak zel
By the spontaneous display of Samantabhadra, recite the dharani-mantra.

ལྷག་ཆད་མེད་པར་བཟླས་པ་ན༔
If recited without excess or deficiency,
ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་བར་ཆད་བསལ༔
outer, inner, and secret obstacles are cleared.
འདི་ཕྱི་བར་དོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང།།
In this life, the next, and all bardos (The intermediate state between death and rebirth, Antara bhava) one will be excellent.
སྐལ་བ་ལྡན་པས་ཉམས་སུ་ལོངས༔
Those with fortune can put it into practice.
ས་མ་ཡ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔
Samaya. Gya gya gya.
ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མགོ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སེམས། བར་དུ་དངོས་གཞི་ལས་མི་འདའ་བར། མཐར་བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལས་གྱིས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ནས་གོ་ཁྲབ་དུང་སྒྲུབ་ནང་ལ་འཇུག་པར་འཚལ། འབུམ་རེ་སུ་ཞིག་གིས་ཁས་བླངས་ནས་ཐོན་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོ་ཁྲབ་དུང་རེ་ཐོབ་ངེས་པར་ཡིན་ཕྱིར་ཀུན་གྱིས་དེ་ལུགས་སུ་དུས་ཚོད་དམ་འཛིན་ཡོད་པར་མཁྱེན་མཁྱེན་མཁྱེན་ནོ།།
As taught:
Begin with refuge and bodhicitta, remain undistracted from the main practice in the middle, and conclude with dedication and aspiration, thus entering the Vajra Armor Conch Practice.
Whoever commits to one hundred million recitations will definitely obtain one Vajra Armor Conch.
Therefore, may all manage their time accordingly.
Know this, know this, know this.

རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མའི་བྱིན་རླབས་སྙིང་ལ་ཞུགས།
Tsagyü lamé jinlap nyingla zhuk
May the blessings of the lineage gurus enter our hearts.
ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཡིས་རྗེས་བཟུང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ།
Yidam lha yi jézung ngödrub thob
May the yidam deities bless us and grant accomplishments.
མཁའ་འགྲོ་དམ་ཅན་ལུས་དང་གྲིབ་བཞིན་འགྲོགས། །
Khandro damchen lü dang drishin drö
May the oaths-bound dakinis follow us like a shadow.
གང་བསམ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་འགྲུབ་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག
Gang sam lhundrup drubpé trashi shok
May there be auspiciousness and spontaneous accomplishment of all noble wishes.
ཅེས་རྨི་ལམ་དབང་ཕྱུག་གམ་ཨེ་མ་ཧོས་ཆོས་བརྡ་རུ་ཕུལ་བར་དགེའོ།།
Che Milam Wangchuk gam Emaho chöda ru phulwa géo
Thus, may the mighty Dream-Lord, Emaho (His Holiness Khenchen Lama Rinpoche), graciously offer it as a Dharma message.
